Refund Policy

30-day returns

You can return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, odors or pet hair.

Your first size exchange is free

Ordered the wrong size on your first order? We will send the right size at no extra cost. Email us with your order number and the size you need.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will reprint and reship it or refund you, at no cost to you.

How to start a return

1. Email support@drolette.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
3. Once we receive and check the return, we will issue your refund. It may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for damaged, misprinted or wrong items, and your free first size exchange. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering by emailing us. After printing starts, orders cannot be cancelled, but this return policy still applies.
