          Where we ship

          We currently ship to the United States.

          Delivery time

          Orders arrive in 8–15 business days from the day you order:

          • Printing: 1–3 business days. Every piece is printed to order at our own factory.
          • Shipping: 7–12 business days, tracked to your door.

          Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons or because of carrier or customs delays.

          Shipping cost

          Shipping is free on orders over $49. Orders under $49 pay the shipping rate shown at checkout.

          Duties and taxes included (DDP)

          We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duties and taxes are prepaid, so there is nothing extra to pay when your package arrives.

          Tracking

          You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may take 1–2 days to update after the first scan.

          Address issues and lost packages

          Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once the shipping cost is covered. If your tracking has not updated for 10 days or shows delivered but you cannot find it, email support@drolette.com and we will help.
