This Privacy Policy explains how Prairette Limited ("Drolette", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or buy from drolette.com (the "Site"). Prairette Limited, RM 536, 26/F, Delta House, 3 On Yiu Street, Shatin, New Territories, Hong Kong, is the data controller for this information.
Information we collect
- Order information: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and order details. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
- Account and communication information: details you give us when you create an account, subscribe to emails or contact support.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and how you interact with the Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To process, print, ship and support your orders, including returns and exchanges, and to clear customs where required.
- To communicate with you about your order and, if you opt in, to send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To detect and prevent fraud and keep the Site secure.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
Where the law of your country requires a legal basis (for example in the European Union and the United Kingdom), we rely on the performance of our contract with you (orders and support), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention and improving the Site), your consent (marketing emails and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time) and our legal obligations (tax, accounting and customs records).
How we share your information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the store, such as our e-commerce platform (SHOPLINE), payment processors, shipping and customs carriers, email service providers and analytics providers, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
We are based in Hong Kong and our factory and service providers operate in Hong Kong, mainland China, the United States and other countries, so your information is transferred outside the country where you live. Where required, we use the service providers' contractual safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) to protect it.
Advertising and analytics partners
We use Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API (Facebook and Instagram) to measure the results of our advertising and to show you ads for Drolette on Meta platforms. These tools collect information about your visit, such as the pages and products you view, items added to cart and purchases, together with device and browser information. When you place an order or create an account, we may also send Meta a hashed (encrypted) version of details such as your email address, phone number, name and shipping address so Meta can match your visit to a Meta account. Meta uses this information in line with its own Data Policy at facebook.com/policy.
You can opt out of Meta using your information for ads through your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or by using the browser cookie controls described below. You can also email support@drolette.com and we will disable these tools for your visits where technically possible.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart, remember your preferences, understand Site traffic and support advertising as described above. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you block third-party cookies; some features may not work without them.
Data retention
We keep order information for as long as needed for our records and legal, tax, customs and accounting obligations, and other information only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to certain processing, to receive a copy of the information you gave us in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. This includes residents of the European Union and the United Kingdom under the GDPR and UK GDPR, and residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws. To make a request, email support@drolette.com; we respond within the time required by law, normally within one month. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If you are in the EU or the UK and believe we have not handled your information properly, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
California residents: sharing information with advertising partners as described above may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You may opt out at any time by emailing support@drolette.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share".
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
